Consultants can find leverage by asking themselves these questions in regards to their work, team management, and clients:
“What is the highest use of my time? Where can I get the highest possible return on my time and my money and my energy and my focus invested? HOW do I solve problems? WHO do I solve them for and solve them with? WHERE is the highest and best use of my time?”
Figuring that out will serve you in all areas of business.
