Trying to “be the best” is stopping you from winning clients.
Here’s what I mean:
Too many consultants are focused on creating an offer with the best features
They’ll create long lists of what they can do and what they can deliver
The truth is, your prospects don’t care about the specs
They’re not going to stack up your features and compare them to your competitors,
A lot of that is lost on them!
In most consulting verticals, the “best” offer or the one with the most features doesn’t win
It’s the one that’s marketed best that wins.
