I’m out of my comfort zone when it comes to sales…
Stuff like that.
And I get it.
Because a lot of consultants are very ingrained in their own zone of expertise.
A lot of us are REALLY great at ONE thing, right?
And if we’ve been doing that ONE thing a long time, our personality loses its fluid nature and becomes “set.”
So when we’re pushing our way uphill, trying to learn new things, we’re forced to confront the boundaries we’ve placed on ourselves.
Only problem is:
Comfort is the enemy of growth.
