Somebody asked me yesterday about a packaged service they were offering.

They said something to the effect of,  “Nobody seems to want it. How do I find another client or a market that wants it?”

And I said, “That’s the wrong question. Don’t try to change the market. Don’t try to find another market. Change your solution to suit the needs of the market that you want to work with.”

Simply offering something the market wants will go MUCH further than all the fancy packaging / positioning in the world.

And it’ll prevent some dangerous mistakes ??
