A lot of CEOS are afraid of hiring people smarter than them.
It’s an ego thing.
But they gotta hire, so…
They end up building a team of average, amateur people…
Who get average, amateur results…
And then the CEO is like “Ughhhh WHYY is my team not performing as well as I hoped?”
Again, very common mistake.
