Don’t Talk to Strangers

You’ve probably seen my YouTube ad about the hustling consultant.

He’s on the streets begging for consulting work.

And when he calls me (for help growing his business) I ask him about his targeting.

And he says, “Well, I’m targeting CEOs…”

And I’m like “Well, they aren’t on the street.”

And that is exactly what it’s like to cold-call or cold-email for business.

You’re taking street-level tactics to C-level prospects. 

Because so often when I see someone who has to cold call or cold email to get business, they’re asking themselves the wrong question. 

It’s “How do I get more? More clients, more calls, more money?”

BZZT. Wrong.

The right question, to attract these high-level players, is “How do I instill BELIEF?”
