Don’t Slow Down Because You’re At Capacity

There’s a “position of strength” you want to be in with your consultant business…

And that’s when you’re at capacity – when you’re booked out with zero room for more clients.

And when you’re, you never want to slow down. Instead, here’s what you should do:

Look at OPEC – the oil-producing machine for most nations.

They play with supply & demand to increase or decrease their prices.

Because when they want the price of oil to go up, they stop producing so there’s less supply.

Yet when they want the price to go down, they produce more so there’s more supply.

Well, you have the same control over your prices by playing with your supply.

So if you’re at capacity, then you should go out and do some more marketing (you know, create more demand).

And once you do and prospects come to you, you can then say:

“Look, I’m booked solid for the next 3 months… but if you really want to work together, we can do so for this price or we can book you in for 3 months from now”.

And this is the position of strength you want to be in…

…where you can now go out & get better clients at a higher fee.
