I don’t negotiate. You shouldn’t either.
Sometimes I get people on the phone, and it seems like a good fit at first… but then when I tell them about exactly what goes into the 90 Day Pipeline, and how much the investment is, etc etc… suddenly it turns out it’s not such a great fit after all.
Because they try to negotiate.
Which means the deal isn’t going to go forward.
Because I do not, under any circumstances, negotiate my fees the terms, or any of the pillars of our program.
And it’s not because I’m hard-headed or stubborn or anything like that.
(Or at least, I hope not)!
