No matter where you want to go, it doesn’t matter the speed at which you get there.
I think the “hustle” is dangerous.
Not only because of the low energy, the lack of sleep, the mistakes, the mental weight…
But also because it sets people up to have a tremendous amount of GUILT.
“Am I doing the right thing?”
“Am I doing it quickly?”
“Am I doing enough?”
Stop.
The last three years we’ve doubled every year in business. Next year we’re projecting 400% to 500% growth.
I almost never work past 6:30.
Plus weekends off.
Here’s why I think the “hustle” is a problem:
