When I thought like a consultant, we struggled to get in front of the right decision makers. We did a little bit of everything for everyone.

Clients saw us as just a “pair of hands” so to speak… someone to do the work and take the blame if the project failed, but nothing more than that.

However when I started thinking like an INVESTOR… things changed.
