Back in the day (the olden days of 6 months ago)…
The things you could get away with were different.
If you were in the market and you had a reasonably compelling offer, you could make it work.
People were spending a lot.
Banks were handing out cheap credit like it was candy.
There was a lot of growth happening everywhere.
Then someone ate a bat (or pangolin) and suddenly…
40 million unemployed.
Entire industries gone under.
Firms suddenly on hold with no cashflow.
And the truth is…
The times WERE really good… but they probably aren’t coming back any time soon.
