There’s no pride in doing everything on your own.
If you try to be the superhero entrepreneur who does it all and never asks for help… you’ll either fail miserably or burnout, whichever comes first.
Those of us who have been at this for a while recognize that part of being an entrepreneur is knowing when to ask for help and where to look.
Specifically, there are two kinds of help you need.
There’s back end help and front end help.
Back end help is about finding people to turn the gears of your business. The behind the scenes stuff that clients don’t see but needs to happen.
Things like project management, operations, website maintenance, accounting, payroll, etc.
Front end help is about finding people who can help grow your business… because they’ve been in your shoes before and know what to look out for.
These are the coaches, mentors, peers, communities, mastermind groups, conferences, events, podcasts, etc.
Both kinds of help are critical. Neither can be ignored.
And if you’re wondering when the right time is to get help, it was probably yesterday.
