I get a little bit smarter every day.
And that’s something I’m super proud of.
I can look back on every single day and say to myself:
“I learned something new today… cool.”
Sometimes the learning comes from a book, training, workshop, maybe a podcast.
But usually, it comes from the “day to day” business of talking to clients.
See I’m blessed to work with some of the smartest people in the world (literally).
I’ve got 4 clients who hold Ph.D.’s, a handful of Ivey league MBAs, and a whole bunch of savvy business owners whose collective wisdom could fill a few libraries.
They work in Healthcare, Financial Services, Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Operations, to name a few.
So whenever we talk about their business problems, I come out of that conversation a little bit smarter.
Because I’ve discovered new ways to apply my tools.
Or I’ve learned something about their industry that I didn’t know.
Or they’ve provided a perspective I hadn’t previously considered.
And you know what?
That’s worth WAY more than money.
