Overcoming fear

I was talking to a prospect about the future of his business.

We both knew that he needed to make some changes.

So I made him an offer to work with me.

But he couldn’t do it.

He knew it was good for him.

He knew something needed to change.

He knew he couldn’t continue down the same path he was on.

But he was too afraid.

Afraid of what might happen.

Afraid of what might change.

Afraid of failing.

Afraid of succeeding.

Truth is, we’re all afraid.

We may be afraid of different things.

But we’re all afraid.

As entrepreneurs, we have to live with this fear.

Get comfortable with it.

Cozy up next to it.

Invite it in your life and share a cup of coffee with it.

Because it’s not going anywhere.

So get over it.
