90 DAY PIPELINE
The marketing bootcamp for consultants and professional service providers

90 Day Pipeline is a hands-on, intensive marketing bootcamp that helps consultants and professional service providers improve brand positioning, generate high quality leads, and win higher value engagements.

By the end of the program, you will have a complete marketing and business development system to consistently attract and engage your ideal clients.

The program is divided into 3 phases:

  • Strategy (4 weeks) — Develop a marketing strategy to consistently attract qualified leads for your services and convert them into paying clients.
  • Implementation (4 weeks) — Implement your new strategy and begin tracking activities and results to further refine your process.
  • Optimization (4 weeks) — Fine tune your strategy and tactical execution so you’ll have a well-oiled marketing machine that consistently generates leads.

PROGRAM OUTLINE

Module 1: CHOOSE YOUR CLIENTS

Tired of working with anyone and everyone? In this module, you’re going to decide once and for all who you should be working with. Then you’re going to dive deep into their minds to understand what they really want to buy from you.

Module 2: POSITION YOUR EXPERTISE

In every market, there are the real experts, and then there’s everyone else. Experts get their pick of clients, charge top dollar for their services, and have long waiting lists. In this module, you’re going to position yourself as the sought after expert your ideal clients have been looking for.

Module 3: CRAFT YOUR MESSAGE

Is your message falling on deaf ears? Do people land on your website or LinkedIn profile, do nothing and leave? In this module, you’re going to craft a marketing message that gets attention by using a simple story telling formula that’s worked since the beginning of the human race.

Module 4: PROVE YOUR WORTH

Expertise is demonstrated, not claimed. In this module, you’re going to develop a thought leadership strategy that proves to buyers you’re a real expert, by sharing rare and valuable insights on the problem you solve.

Module 5: EDUCATE, DON’T SELL

The best marketing doesn’t feel like marketing at all, it feels like teaching. In this module, you’re going develop a 3 step strategy to educate your buyers to the point of hiring you.

Module 6: FIND YOUR PEOPLE

The key to consistent lead flow is knowing where to find your ideal clients. In this module, you’ll discover how to use LinkedIn to connect with the right people and engage them in a conversation around the problem you solve.

Module 7: WIN WITHOUT FUSS

No one likes being sold to, but everyone loves to buy. In this module, you’ll design a simple sales process to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey — while positioning yourself for the sale at every step of the way.

Module 8: EXECUTE WITH FOCUS

When you have a million things going in, it’s easy to get distracted and lose focus. In this module, you’re going to build a “90 day action plan” so you’ll know exactly what needs to happen to fill your pipeline with qualified leads in the next 90 days.

PROGRAM LOGISTICS

Cost of Program per Trainee: $8,900 CAD

Instructional Hours: 3 set instructional hrs/week with additional coaching time available as need

Dates of Training: Next Start Date – April 15, 2020 continuing for 90 Days
